From gourmet blends to off-menu specialties and even beer pairings – we will pay tribute to America’s sweetheart – the Hamburger! Each restaurateur and Chef will prepare their unique take on the burger. Join us for the 20th anniversary of this family-friendly event featuring handcrafted bowls from the San Antonio Potters Guild, San Antonio Glass Arts Guild, Alamo Woodturners Association, and other talented local artisans. For each bowl purchased for $30, guests will also enjoy delicious soup and bread from local restaurants, catering companies and hotels. Since 2000, Empty Bowls has raised nearly $700,000 to support families and individuals right here in San Antonio who are homeless or on the brink of housing disaster. Because of the unique nature of the event, we are not able to pre-sell bowls or tickets, with the exception of the Souper Bowl VIP admission and the Preview Party Pass.
