In 1970, Cibolo, Texas, a small township Northeast of San Antonio, had a population of 440. Residents today number around 35,000. Although Cibolo has grown by leaps and bounds and is now home to modern shopping centers, the old commercial district on Main Street remains a throw-back to simpler times and has a number of favorite shops and restaurants.
