Naegelin’s Bakery on Seguin Street just off Main Plaza in New Braunfels is the oldest continuously operating bakery in Texas.

Now owned by the Granzin family, Naegelin’s was founded in 1868 by Edouard Naegelin Sr. and still uses many of Edouard’s original recipes, such as their famed apple strudel.
